Korean Braised Beef w/ Rice
Our take on a traditional Korean beef braise. Large chunks of braised beef, cooked with carrot, daikon, shallots & water chestnuts. Served with steamed short grain rice

Ingredients
Beef Brisket, Water, Carrot, Short Grain Rice, Daikon, Water Chestnut, Honey, Mirin (Japanese Rice Wine), Ginger, Soy Sauce, Garlic, Gochugaru, Sugar, brown, Shiitake Mushroom, Pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
Open bag, pour desired contents into microwave safe bowl. Heat (covered) for 2 minutes on HIGH, stir with fork. Heat again for 1 minute (or to preferred temp) Enjoy!
