A rotating menu with 5 new meals each week

I have tried many different types of these meals from other companies but nothing like these from raw to the soul. I have been getting them for many months now. 2 meals a day and have absolutely loved everyone of them. Great price, great food and great people. Highly recommend

Raw the soul has been a game changer for me. As an older, single woman with adult kids and long working hours, it’s been invaluable being able to eat quality home cooked meals not unlike what I’d have prepared myself. I can honestly say these are amazing home cooked meals, I use to get the ones from Woolworth and hands down raw to the soul meals 10 x better. If your after nutritious home cooked meals your looking in the right place. Great service well priced and wonderful people.
