Our rotating menu is designed to provide a diverse range of delicious meals to our customers. Each week, we offer five different recipes for you to choose from, making it easier for you to select your preferred meal. To avoid overwhelming our customers, we only display two weeks at a time, and only the menu that shows "Available" can be selected. This ensures that you always have a variety of meals to choose from while also simplifying the selection process.
Absolutely! As long as your order is the minimum of 10 meals, you can choose any combination you like.
We do have a minimum order of 6 meals with price tiers set. The more you ad the cheaper the meals become.
We are excited to announce that we now offer No Added Gluten meal plans by popular demand! At Raw To The Soul, we understand the importance of allergy management and control, which is why we take extra precautions to prevent any cross-contamination between meals. However, please note that while we strive to ensure the absence of gluten in our meals, due to the use of other food sources in our kitchen, we cannot guarantee a complete absence of gluten in the meals. Rest assured, we will continue to do our best to provide delicious and healthy meal options that cater to various dietary needs and preferences.
All of our meals are made fresh every Monday.
To ensure that you get the best out of our food, we recommend consuming it within 10 days of the cooking date when stored in the fridge. However, you can enjoy our snacks even longer. In case you have any leftover meals after the 10th day, we suggest freezing them to preserve their quality. Please note that Raw To The Soul cannot take responsibility for meals that were not consumed before the expiry date.
When you order Raw To The Soul meals, you can rest assured that they will arrive fresh, never frozen. It is recommended to consume them as soon as possible to fully enjoy their quality and taste. However, if you want to extend the shelf life of some of the meals, you can freeze them at the time of delivery, except for those containing raw salad ingredients, dressings, and egg dishes. Please note that it is always best to consume our meals fresh and, in all cases, before the use-by date. If you have any further questions or concerns about your meals, our team is always here to help.
▪️To warm up the dish, if it is fresh, you may microwave it for 1 to 2.5 minutes. However, please be cautious as the contents may be hot after heating. Leave the dish for a minute after heating and then stir it through. If required, you may reheat it for a longer time. It is better to heat the meal for a shorter duration and reheat it than to overcook it.
▪️ If the dish is frozen, microwave it for 3 to 6 minutes. Again, please be careful as the contents may be hot after heating. After heating, leave the dish for a minute and then stir it through. You may reheat it for a longer duration if required, stirring every minute or so to ensure even heating.

We do not deliver to your suburb
We do deliver to your suburb but you haven't entered your postcode. You must enter in your postcode in the cart to have delivery options.
You haven't created an account and set a delivery address. Our system won't offer delivery if there isn't a delivery address added.

Every Monday between 4:30 pm and 7:30 pm and Tuesdays between 8am and 12pm.
Delivery day will depend on your suburb. Once you add your postcode at the end of cart, our system will automatically generate a delivery day.
You can check to see if we deliver to your suburb by using our delivery checker widget that is located on most pages.
We deliver to melbourne metro and most surrounding suburbs. Depending on your location, deliveries will be on Monday or Tuesdays. When you enter in your delivery address at the end cart, your delivery day will be automatically updated.
We understand that receiving a delivery at home may not always be convenient for you. To make things easier, we can deliver your meals even if you're not home. However, we kindly request that you leave a cooler bag or esky outside your door so that we can provide ice blocks to keep your meals cool and fresh. In case you forget to leave a cooler bag or esky outside, we'll provide one for you. To ensure that your delivery goes smoothly, feel free to add any special delivery instructions to your account. We're always here to help!
You can be confident that we leave a generous amount of ice packs to ensure your meals remain fresh and cold. Our blocks are designed to maintain thermal stability for a period of 4-8 hours outdoors, depending on the ambient temperature.
We charge a flat rate of $12 to deliver your freshly made meals meals!

There is no chance of cross contamination in our kitchen as we do not offer any pork or ham meals on any of our rotating menu's.
