We predominantly source our produce and meat from Western Australia. Ryan’s Meats supply us with Stirling Ranges Beef, Amelia Park Lamb and Lilydale Free Range Chicken. We use only the freshest produce, delivered to us directly from trusted vegetable suppliers from the Canningvale markets and we use Blackstump Farm pastured eggs and West Australian milk in our recipes.
There is a minimum order of $75 We charge $15 for delivery within our zones, please see the Delivery Info page for further detail on our delivery zones Delivery is free for orders over $150. Free pick-up from our kitchen in Nedlands on weekdays between 10am-4pm, Unit 1, 23 Carrington Street.
Should you require a delivery outside of these hours or outside of our delivery area, we can organise a courier at an extra charge. Please contact us for a quote.
Yes, our meals are delivered in recyclable foil and plastic containers. Our meals are delivered in a reusable Poppet’s Pantry cool bag. Please return any unwanted bags as we can reuse them.
We deliver to Zone 1 on Wednesday's between 12pm - 6pm. This covers: - North to Burns Beach Road - East to Lake Joondalup, Dianella and Bayswater - South to Cottesloe and the River.
We deliver to Zone 2 on Thursday's between 12pm - 6pm. This covers: - Mosman Park and North Fremantle - North to River - East to Tonkin Highway - South to Roe Highway, Bibra Lake & Coogee.

The standard delivery fee $15 for orders under $150. The minimum delivery order is $75 and it is free delivery for orders over $150. Free pick-up from our kitchen in Nedlands by prior arrangement on weekdays between 10am-4pm, please see our contact page for address details. Please leave out an eskie or cool bag if no one is going to be home to accept delivery. You are also welcome to pop into our kitchen shop to buy meals. We're located at unit 1, 23 Carrington Street, Nedlands.

3. This will be approved by your Plan Manager.
You will then be able to purchase and only pay 30% of the food cost upfront and the remaining amount will be invoiced to your Plan Manager for payment.
