NG Vegetable Stock [Water, Carrots, Onion, Celery, Garlic, Thyme, Parsley, Coriander seeds, Peppercorn, Bay leaves], Kent pumpkin, Onion, Garlic, Salt, Sage, Ground Black Pepper

Preparation and storage notes

Microwave
From frozen: Remove lid. Microwave on defrost or medium power for 5–8 minutes. Stir well, then heat on high in 1–2 minute intervals until hot. Let stand for 1 minute, stir again, and serve.
From thawed: Remove lid. Microwave on high for 2–4 minutes. Stir halfway through and heat until piping hot.

Stovetop
From frozen or thawed: Remove soup from packaging and place into a saucepan. Heat gently over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Bring to a gentle simmer until heated through.
