Preparation and storage notes

1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Place skewers in oven and heat for approx 10 mins or until hot.
2. Meanwhile microwave rice in 30 second bursts until hot.
3. Plate rice, salad and skewers and pour over dressing and garnish.
