Amatriciana Pasta Sauce

Amatriciana comes from Amatrice, a town north of Rome. Traditionally made with Pancetta in a rich tomato base sauce, lots of onion and garlic and finished with a generous heaping of parmigiano reggiano. Complements perfectly with either of our handmade pastas.

Canned tomatoes, Onion brown, Pancetta, White wine, Parmesan cheese (Milk), Fresh basil, Fresh garlic, Salt, Pepper, Olive oil

CONTAINS: Milk.

Preparation and storage notes

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil
2. Place pasta in pot for 3-4 mins shake to release from bottom.
3. Open cryovac of sauce & heat gently in a pan, add pasta & coat gently
4. Top with Parmesan & parsley
