Preparation and storage notes

Sautee onion 2-3 minutes, add garlic, and saute another 2 min.

Prep broccoli by separating the stalking parts from the florets. Slice stalks into 7mm slices. Add to onion and sautee for a further 4-5 minutes on low heat avoiding colour.

Add stock powder and water, bring to a boil, and then turn down the heat and simmer.

Toast almond meal to bring out nuttiness.

After 30 minute simmer, add florets simmer for a further 15 minutes then blend with a stick blender and season.
