ROAST DUCK LAKSA SOUP
Spicy Malaysian style laksa soup with roasted duck legs, eggplant, puffed bean curd, bean shoots. fresh herbs and Vermicelli noodles.
Ingredients
Laksa Sauce (Red onion, Red chilli, Vegetable oil, Candle nut, Coriander root, Garlic, Shrimp paste, Galangal, Turmeric, Lemongrass, Vietnamese mint, Dried red chilli, Coriander seeds, Ground turmeric, Dried shrimp), Laksa Paste (Chicken stock, Coconut milk, Water, Prawn shells, Fish sauce, Chili bean paste, Vegetable oil, Palm sugar, Lime juice), Bean shoots, Calamari, Mussels, Duck, Puffed beancurd, Vermicelli noodles, Eggplant, Laksa leaf, Coriander, Vietnamese mint.
Preparation and storage notes
pour laksa broth into pot and bring to boil. microwave noodle container for 1 minute. serve noodle container into bowl, add hot broth and finish with herbs and bean shoots
