TAIWANESE SPICY BEEF NOODLE SOUP
Eastwell farms beef is slow cooked till tender in an aromatic broth with ginger, soy, chilli paste, spring onions, garlic and spices. We serve the beef and broth with noodles and greens.
Ingredients
Noodles udon, Chili bean paste, Ginger, Garlic, Onion, Chinese cooking wine (water, rice, wheat, alcohol, salt, acidity regulator (330), colour (150d)), Brown sugar, Salt, Sesame oil, Bok choy, Sichuan peppercorn, Star anise, Tomato paste, Fresh tomato pulp, Beef chuck, Soy sauce, Spring onion, Bay leaves.
Preparation and storage notes
pour broth into pot and bring to boil. remove chili oil from noodle/beef container and microwave container for 2 minutes. serve noodles into bowl and pour over broth. add extra chili oil if required.
