This slow cooked Lamb dish from Italy is a winner. Beautiful Tasmanian Lamb leg is cut up and braised with white wine, fresh herbs, anchovies, Noosa Red Tomatoes, chilli, garlic and parmesan. We serve it with silky polenta.

Chicken Stock (Water, Coriander seeds, Brown onion, Bay leaves, Chicken frames), Milk, Lamb leg, Onion, Cooked polenta, Unsalted butter, Parmesan, Sage, Garlic, White wine, Olive oil, Parsley, Chilli, Rosemary.
Preparation and storage notes
heat lamb container for 3 minutes in microwave or until hot. serve into bowl or plate.
