MILD BALI CHICKEN CURRY
Spiced and roasted Elgin Valley(Glass House Mountains) free range chicken is served in a aromatic and mild Bali style curry sauce with turmeric, toasted cashews and potatoes.
Ingredients
Bali curry sauce (Coconut milk, Chicken stock, Red onion, Soy sauce (GF), Palm sugar, Ginger, Lemongrass, Tamarind puree, Turmeric, Garlic, Galangal, Candle nut, Coriander root, Salt, White pepper, Ground turmeric, Cumin seeds, Bay leaves), Free range chicken, Potato, Cashew nuts, Fried shallots, Kaffir lime leaves, Salt, Chilli powder, Coriander seeds, Ground turmeric, White pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
Place meal in refrigerator 24hrs. prior to using. Bring large pot of water to simmer carefully remove cardboard and submerge pouch in water for 10-15 minutes(20-25 if frozen). Remove meal from pot and cut pouch to serve.
