Our My Dish Pork Belly is an all time favourite from our menu. A truly first-rate idea for family meal time. The tender pork is twice cooked with fresh scented thyme and seasoned to perfection. The crispy skin is the ‘wow factor’ of this dish and is easy to re-heat in the oven or pan but for something different, try it on the BBQ. You will leave them wanting more!
