Home Care Packages
Home Care Packages (HCP) is a Government Program that enables eligible Senior Australians the ability to access funds to stay at home for longer. A key part of HCP is that these customers are only required to pay 30% of the cost of the meal upfront.
If you have an approved package, please complete the following two steps and we will set you up so you access these rebated meals.
