My Dish have taken all the hard work out for you by producing an all time classic Bolognaise Sauce. Top quality Aussie beef mince is slow cooked with onion, garlic, tomato pure, red wine and traditional Italian herbs. A typically simple recipe adapted from Italy and made with love from our My Dish kitchen. Spoon the sauce over your favourite pasta and lightly dust with parmesan cheese. Beautiful the next day…if you’re lucky enough to have left-overs!
