Lamb Shanks with Vegetables 800g (Serves 2) x 1
It is hard for anyone to resist our My Dish Lamb Shanks and Vegetable sauce. Cooked until they are fall-apart tender and braised slowly with our own special vegetable sauce and My Dish beef stock. The lamb shanks are full of flavor. The rich and robust sauce is slow cooked with vegetables and seasoned with fresh rosemary, bay leaves, thyme and mixed herbs. Accompany the lamb shanks with cous cous and salad or creamy mash and greens and you will have a crowd pleasing dinner on the table tonight.
