You just won't find a better value Pinot Noir in Mornington Peninsula than Yabby Lake's Red Claw Pinot Noir. This is made in a similar vein to the Yabby Lake Single Vineyard Pinot Noir just in a more approachable style. It's all about bright, lively fruit, a soft, supple mid-palate and a juicy, pleasing finish which drags you back to the glass. For mid-week Pinot Noir from a top-flight producer, there are few other examples which offer the value for money than the Red Claw. 92 points "An appealing, plush and vibrant wine with lots of spices, some pepper complementing the sweet cherry fruit. Mid-weighted, with supple tannins and mouth-watering acidity ensuring this is not only good on its own but better with food." - Jane Faulkner (Halliday Wine Companion)

Mouth-wateringly creamy flavours of lemon curd and jasmine are cradled by lightly toasted oak. A beautifully fruity, textured and mouth-filling chardonnay, it’s masterfully constructed and incredibly more-ish. Teams up brilliantly with roast chicken, pork and ginger gyoza or hard goats cheese. WINEMAKER'S COMMENTS For us Chardonnay is all about balance. Firstly and most crucially the vineyards we select are meticulously cared for, which grow fruit with natural balance between the main elements of wine – sugar, flavor, and acidity. Our job is to harness these elements and nurture the fruit through the winemaking process, coaxing out texture through regular lees stirring. This wine pairs well with many of your favourite dishes, weaving elegantly around flavours without dominating your palate.
