Currently our meals are available for pick up on a Tuesday evening from 4pm onwards. After you place your order, you will be sent a confirmation email, with some very simple pick up instructions. You will also receive a reminder email on the day your order is ready to collect.
We have plans to potentially offer a delivery service in the future to the Torquay, Jan Juc area. We currently do not deliver.
From time to time you will notice meals that do not list ingredients containing gluten, dairy and nuts. However as these meals are made in the same kitchen as our other meals, we cannot 100% guarantee they will not have traces of dairy, gluten and nuts in them.
Requests for special events and catering will be considered on an individual basis. Please feel free to email your requests through and someone will get back to you to discuss these.
Our menu changes on a weekly basis and we try to make use of as much fresh seasonal produce as possible.
Payment is required when you order your meals. You can pay using visa or master card at checkout.
If you do need to cancel your order, you are required to do so no later then 48 hours prior to the collection day. You will then be refunded the full cost of your meals.
We understand that sometimes life gets in the way of all our good intensions. If for some reason you cannot pick up your meal, we will do our best to keep your meal under refrigeration until the next day. In many cases the best option will be for us to freeze your meal down. Please note not all of our meals are suitable to freeze and there will be circumstances where meals may have to be discarded due to food safety standards. If this is the case you will not be eligible for a refund.
