Mains
A very special rice stuffed Eggplant, Capsicum and Potato with our in-house preserved lemon in a reduced tomato base stew. With a side of a seasonal green Moroccan salad.
The mighty Cauliflower here is paired with her perfect partner, tahini. A warming creamy comfort dish for always. Served with a side of Rice.
This melt-in-your-mouth moment is our eggplant over rice cooked with spices, tomato and pomegranate molasses. Served with a side of salata.
This version of our essential Seven Vegetables is served without Couscous or Rice. If you would like to add either (or both!) please select them in our "Extras" section to accompany this dish.
This lentil dahl is a slight variation on my mother's recipe as I add tomatoes which I've found lift the flavour of the lentils. This comes with our saffron rice.
This one adds several ingredients that sharpen the senses and add a smoky dimension. Served with fried onions on top as well as a side of cucumber, minted yoghurt and harrisa. Please leave us a note to serve with a side of salad if you are Vegan.

This trio is like no other. This taste sensation goes well with this week's mains. Labneh, Hummus, Cauliflower Tahini.
Mamaganoush speaks for itself. There exist many varieties across many cultures. Ours in its smokey simplicity maintains the individual flavour of all the ingredients. Comes with pita bread.
Hummus is universally consumed across the Arab world and the Middle East (and Melbourne!). It is hotly contested which culture makes the best version! This is a humble interpretation - see what you think. Comes with pita bread.

Extras
Our couscous, a staple of the Moroccan diet can be eaten as a meal of its own or with any of our dishes. We put it on as a stand alone in case anyone really wants some extra!
Authentic pitas to eat with, well anything! One serve is one whole pita.
You have now entered Chilli heaven. Included in a lot of our recipes, but delectable on its own or buy to offer to others or keep in the fridge to enhance the flavour of literally anything.
