If you have ever dined in with us at the MSB you may have tried a small portion of the cauliflower tahini on your dips plate. We thought it was about time this deserved to be a star on it's own. It's the right balance of tang, acidity and garlic all in one.

Charmoula is one of the most used marinades in Moroccan cooking. It enhances the flavour of its benevolent host - here Eggplants are the main star of the show...

Main Dishes
This meal was a centrepiece of our menu in the restaurant. With an award-winning reputation and a customer favourite it will always be on the menu here to enjoy.
The cauliflower still suffers from a chronic case of neglect. In fact it can be put together a number of ways; its unique crunch and earthy taste can be maintained, or it can be paired with ingredients that totally transform it to a sweet, creamy texture. Here it is the heroine, oozing with personality!
This lentil dahl is a slight variation on my mother's recipe as I add tomatoes which I've found lift the flavour of the lentils.
The mighty Cauliflower here is paired with her perfect partner, tahini. A warming creamy comfort dish for always.
This one adds several ingredients that sharpen the senses and add a smoky dimension. Served with fried onions on top as well as a side of cucumber, minted yoghurt and Harissa.
This melt-in-your-mouth moment is our eggplant over rice cooked with spices, tomato and pomegranate molasses. Served with a side of salata.
This version of our essential Seven Vegetables is served without Couscous or Rice. If you would like to add either (or both!) please select them in our "Extras" section to accompany this dish.
The preparation of this dish is a lengthy process, one which lends itself beautifully to discovering the lives of those we cook it with. This dish has allowed me to discover, observe and interrogate my own assumptions of many extraordinary women. We include it here for you to experience in some way that provenance of this dish. Traditionally served with lamb, yet on a bed of couscous it holds its own as a main meal. The couscous is included and served separately (contains almonds and walnuts). * Please say in the notes if you would prefer rice instead of couscous.

Our couscous, a staple of the Moroccan diet can be eaten as a meal of its own or with any of our dishes. We put it on as a stand alone in case anyone really wants some extra!

Moroccan platter hire for presenting your dishes.
Moroccan-themed banquet includes: delivery, set-up and table service.
Staff hire for your event. $200 per worker per event. Usually allow for 2-3 workers for 10 people. Includes serving, dishes and cleaning and tidying up.
Bump in and out for your larger events so we carry all that is needed to the venue and set up tables. $350 per event.
