Moroccan chicken tagine, preserved lemon and chick peas
Aromatic and mildly spiced chicken thigh, spiked with our preserved lemon and saffron, in a tomato based sauce, served with chic peas, vegetables and finished with our homemade harissa.
Ingredients
Chicken thigh skin on, Tinned tomato, Chicken stock, Brown onion, Carrot, Olive oil blend, Currants, Honey, Harissa, Cumin, ground, Coriander, ground, Salt, Preserved lemon, Garlic, Turmeric, ground, Cinnamon, ground, Ground ginger, Bay leaves, Thyme, Black Peppercorn, Saffron.
Preparation and storage notes
Defrost before reheating. To reheat: heat in the microwave or the oven in its tray or decanter to a saucepan and heat gently on the stove. Serve with steamed cous cous.
