Tarragon, leek and Dijon mustard chicken
A full flavoured elegant chicken casserole, rich in dijon mustard, leek and tarragon, wonderful with rice pilaf, mash potatoes, or buttered pasta.

Ingredients
Chicken Maryland, Chicken stock, White wine, Shallots, Sour cream, Leek, Dijon Mustard, Unsalted butter, Olive oil blend, Tarragon, Thyme.
Preparation and storage notes
Warm gently on the stove top in a pot, microwave or place in a 160 degree oven hot. Serve with mash potatoes, rice pilaf or pasta and some fresh green beans.
