Lamb Ragu Pasta Sauce
Our locally sourced Lamb shoulder is marinated overnight in rosemary, thyme and garlic before being seared and add to a rich flavoursome braise with wine, vegetables and anchovy. We then add our beautiful tomato sugo to finish this fantastic pasta sauce which pairs perfectly with gnocchi or pappadelle.
Ingredients
Lamb Shoulder, boneless, Chicken stock, Tomato basil Sugo (Tinned tomato, Brown onion, Olive oil blend, Salt, Garlic peeled, Basil, fresh), Onion, Tinned tomato, Carrot, White wine, Celery, Tomato Paste, Olive oil blend, Garlic peeled, Anchovy, Salt, Thyme, Rosemary, Black pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
Warm gently in a pot on the stove, in the microwave or oven, and then toss through al dente pasta.
