A favourite weeknight dinner in our home…all of the traditional flavours of ginger, soy, shao hsing and sesame come together with perfectly cooked Jasmine Rice and a generous amount of chicken fillet strips. The work has been done, the rice cooked, cooled and recooked, the flavours mixed, the egg omelette shredded, the chicken lightly pans seared and all bought together for you to enjoy without the pots, pans, chopping and waste of left over ingredients. I like to serve with a side of greens. Enjoy!
