Duck leg, Organic chicken bone broth, 100% Pure coconut cream, Red onion, Garlic, Lemongrass, Galangal, Dried chilli, Coriander seeds, Coriander root, Lime zest, Cumin, White pepper, Himalayan salt, Organic rapadura sugar, Fish sauce.
Preparation and storage notes
Place the vacuum-sealed bag into the simmering water for 10 to 15 minutes. Once heated, remove the vacuum-sealed bag from the water. Remove duck legs and sauce from vacuum-sealed bag and serve. Be careful when opening.
