Shhh ...can I tell you a secret? It is my birthday next Monday and I will be cooking for you - so it will have extra love! December is a great time of year - everyone seems so happy! Only 2 and a bit weeks to go to Christmas!! We will be shutting over Christmas and next week will be our last menu for 2023 so order big and fill your freezer to last to the New Year! The first menu for 2024 will come out 4/1/ with delivery on the 10/1/24. Don't forget to put any meal requests in! Lee :)
Mains
Using fresh pasta, Lee's lasagna is packed full of flavour and topped with a cheesey white sauce. With loads of hidden veg in the sauce , Tablelands wagyu mince and ready to just put in the oven, it is great stand by to have in the freezer.
Moussaka is to the Greek what Lasagna is to Italians. A rich tomato meat sauce lightly spiced with oregano and cinnamon, layered with soft eggplant instead of pasta sheets, and topped with a thick layer of béchamel sauce. Soooo good!
The answer to a weeknight meal that will please even the fussies of eaters - kids and adults alike. Devilled sausages is a sausage casserole cooked in a sweet, tangy and slightly sticky tomatoey sauce. Hands down better than any packet mix without all the nasties. Best served over creamy potato mash and a side of steamed greens. Oh yeah!!
Inspired by the Asian flavours of Malaysia. Easy to freeze in advance so you can whip it out during those busy weeknights. Serve with steamed broccoli and rice.

Forget a meal at the pub, you’ll want to stay in when you try this parmigiana. The secret is the rib fillet and sauce that has the perfect combination of ingredients, topped with bacon, cheese and mozzerella to make an incredibly tasty parmigiana.
Layers of chilli con carne stacked between tortillas and cheese. Topped with a cheese sauce ready for you to finish off in the oven. Serve with a side salad to complete the meal. As with all our meals this one is packed with vegies in the sauce, great for the kids too!
This Moroccan chickpea stew is packed with flavor, warm Moroccan spices, and a rich tomato-y base. A super satisfying meatless dinner that everyone will love! 2 serves = 600g
This is a great, hearty, full flavoured Spanish-inspired stew. Chorizo is the star here and adds a ton of flavour to the sauce! Serve this as a chunky soup with crusty bread for mopping, flatbreads for dunking, or like stew over a bed of couscous, small pasta (like orzo/risoni, orecchiette), mashed potato or cauliflower puree. 2 serves = 700g
This Sicilian Lamb starts with roasting fresh tomatoes, capsicum and garlic to lock in their flavour. The lamb is then slowly braised in this sauce. The outcome is tender and moist lamb packed with flavour. Perfect this by serving with pasta and wilted spinach or mashed potato and steamed greens. You will be coming back for more!! 2 serves = 400g
Single Meals
Savour the sweet and salty flavours of tender chicken marinated with everyone's favourite honey soy glaze and served with loaded veggie fried rice to soak up the delicious sticky sauce.
Spaghetti bolognese, or spag bol, as it's affectionately known in Australia, is what most of us would consider to be the quintessential Italian meal. Packed with grass fed beef mince, tomato and local veggies, cooked long and slow. You can't beat a classic!

Red wine is the key to the incredible sauce that these lamb shanks are braised in. Restaurant quality at home! Paired with mashed potato and buttered almond beans.
Salads
A crunchy and flavourful salad that is great as a side. With hints of garlic, ginger, orange juice and sesame oil in the dressing this salad is a twist on the traditional coleslaw.
A flavourful side or a stand alone meal. Brown rice with a hint of curry, roasted peanuts and just a touch of sweetness from fresh capsicum and dates. This is one of my favourites. 2 serves - 500g
This was our biggest selling salad in the cafe and we still get people telling us how much they miss it! So how could we not include it! Crunchy, tangy and sweet - and super healthy - it ticks all the boxes! 1 - 2 serves 400g
Using local Tablelands sweet potatoes this is a complete meal on its own or a great side dish. Try pairing it with chicken. 2 serves 500g
Fresh grated beetroot and pear with a lemon vinagrette on spinach topped with walnuts and feta. This salad is a stand out on the table and tastes just as good as it looks! A fresh summer salad.

Rice loaded with the savoury flavours of vegetables. A great way to get the veg in for those fussy eaters. A great side dish to most of our main dishes to make a complete meal.
This brown rice and quinoa is a healthy side dish that the whole family will love AND it provides about a quarter of your daily protein needs. It makes an excellent side for meats, or a delicious base for pour over meals, stir fries or it can be mixed into salads. A great stand by to keep in the freezer for a quick and easy addition to a meal. 500g - 2 serves

This loaf has taken over 10 years to perfect and is hand milled with no artifical preservatives or artifical anything! We have been told many times that "it is the best gluten free bread ever!" Minimum 950g (twice normal GF loaf size!)
Our original Deluxe granola. All nuts and seeds are soaked and activated before being made into this crunchy delight! Vegan, Organic, Gluten Free and Raw. All made with love in small batches right here on the Tablelands. This is our best seller of all our granolas. In a choice of small (300g) or extra large (1.5kg)
A South Africian staple that is often hard to find in Australia. This is my version of it and it is a great way to use up excess tomato crop and keep it year round. Great on toast, cheese sandwiches or meat.
