Another great thing about sourdough bread is that it lasts longer* than commercially made bread.
Store the loaf cut side down, on one of our bread boards.
Paper bags, plastic bags, tea towels, beeswax wrap can work well and limits the bread drying out.
Sliced bread can be frozen in a sealable bag.
*as in before going mouldy or stale. Not as in 'it will be all gone before you need to think about this question'!
