Caldereta de Cordero con Patatas • Lamb stew with Potatoes
This dish, like Potatoes with Chorizo, it’s a must have in La Rioja’s countryside. It’s one of our favourite dishes to share on the weekends with friends and family, with a good bottle of red wine and a lot of laughs! Meat really tender, a luscius sauce and best of all, the potatoes oozing that flavour altogether... Yum!
Ingredients
Lamb Shoulder, Potato Ry Cream, Water, Olive oil, White wine, Balsamic Vinegar, Garlic, Salt, Black Pepper, Paprika, Thyme, Oregano dried, Bay leaf.
Preparation and storage notes
Warm it up well, in the pot in a low heat; or in the microwave settings no more than 600watts, for a few minutes. Enjoy!
