By subscribing, each week you will receive a copy of my menu to your inbox. The menu will be open for a limited time for you to place your order. I will be offering delicious Spanish meals every second week and these will vary from time to time. I intend to bring at least one new dish in my menu for you to choose and taste.

About Me

Fueled by my passion for cooking, I am serious about promoting the Spanish Traditional kitchen.

Ten years ago, when I arrived in Australia, I begun to self learn techniques in the kitchen and it became my passion.

In the summer of 2017 here in Australia, I started LA CALETA, to cook at farmers markets and events; with the aim to show Valencian paella and other dishes we usually share in the countryside.

By combining my love for Spanish food and wine in my heritage, and offering to share with you the traditional recipes from my home country, I feel closer to my family! I am now thrilled to be able to offer you authentic, delicious Spanish meals - for you to enjoy at home with a glass of wine (preferably Spanish!). I will also be looking at offering Barbarot Wines once I can import them into Australia.

After a few weeks trying to get all set up, I am quite ready to give you all the traditional and tastiest dishes that I love to cook from my country.
