Why am I asked with many Contact Details?
The only reason is because I am taking charge of the delivery of my food. Per Council laws, you can't come to me and buy my food as I am doing my business at my own home, in a residential area.
As per privacy issues, I wouldn't use any information but for the solely reason of contacting you before delivering food to you, or any info related to your orders.

Is the food delivered hot?
All meals come fully prepared, refrigerated and ready for you to warm and eat according to your needs.
Except for Croquettes, this dish comes frozen and prepared for you to cook in the fryer.
Meals that are not eaten straight away must be kept chilled and consumed within three days. Some meals will be suitable for freezing. if for any reason you are unable to consume them within three days. Frozen meals will last in your freezer for 3 to 6 months.

What about allergens and food intolerances?
I cook from scratch, that way there is no additives or nasties in our food.
Although our dairy, gluten and nut free dishes are cooked with the utmost care, they are prepared in the same facility as our other meals. Therefore, despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee that our items are 100% free from traces of nuts, gluten and dairy.
We will ensure that all the dishes are labelled accordingly in the delivery containers. Any questions, please don't hesitate to send an email for inquiries o call me.
