Beef Stroganoff

Tracing it's origins (or so it is claimed) to Russia, the dish was thought to be named after Count Paul Stroganoff, a Russian gourmet who frequented the court of Czar Alexander III. Luckily for us, it survived the Revolution! Served with buttered noodles to soak up the delicious sauce.
