Preparation and storage notes

Preheat oven to 190, remove lid. Bake the lasagna until the sauce is bubbling at the edges, and the mozzarella and the exposed ends of the noodles are golden brown and crispy, 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing so that slices won’t collapse when transferred to plates.
