Spiced Pumpkin Soup (Water, Sweet potato, Onion, Coconut milk, Butternut pumpkin, Ghee, Long red chilli, Garlic, Ginger paste, Turmeric, Coriander powder, Chilli powder), Greek yoghurt, Lime, Onion Bhaji (Curry leaf, Onion, Besan flour, Shallots, Fresh coriander, Coriander powder, Turmeric, Baking powder, Chilli powder, Salt).
Preparation and storage notes
STORAGE: Keep refrigerated HEATING INSTRUCTIONS: Pour the spiced pumpkin soup into a pot and warm gently over low to medium heat, stirring occasionally until heated through. Do not let it boil. For the Onion Bhajis: Preheat a fan-forced oven to 200ºC. Place the bhajis on a hot oven tray. Bake for 10 minutes until crisp and heated through. Serve the soup with the bhajis, a dollop of yoghurt, and spiced seeds. Enjoy!
