Beef chunk dice, Beef mince, Carrots, Shortcrust pastry, Onion, Carème puff pastry, Celery, Guinness, Veal jus, Red wine, Stock, Worcestershire sauce, Tomato paste, Salfry oil, Dijon mustard, Rice flour, Microplaned garlic, Button mushroom, Thyme, Rosemary, Parsley, White pepper, Black pepper, Nigella seed, Bay leaves.
Preparation and storage notes
STORGAGE: keep frozen COOKNG INSTRUCTIONS: Defrost in the fridge overnight. To reheat place on an oven tray in a 180c oven for 40min, covering with foil for the first 15min.
