Pumpkin, Leek & Feta Tart with Green Salad
A delicious family quiche made with hand-made sour cream pastry filled with a silky-smooth egg custard, leek, cheese and spinach and pumpkin
Ingredients
pumpkin, leek & feta tart (vegetarian) (Shortcrust pastry, Pumpkin, Bacon, Leek, Spanish onion, Cheese, Spinach, Feta Bulgarian Danish), cream mix (pumpkin tart) (Milk, Eggs, Cream, Cornflour), salad (pumpkin tart) (Gem lettuce leaves, Panache, Wild rocket, Spinach, Basil, Mint, Parsley), Lemon Dressing (Olive oil, Salfry oil, Lemon juice, Salt, Pepper).
Preparation and storage notes
STORAGE: keep refrigerated INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 150°c. Place tart onto an oven tray and bake for 15 minutes covered in foil. Uncover and cook for a further 15 minutes. Slice and serve with garden salad and lemon dressing.
