Turkish Lamb Kofta Meal Kit with Cauliflower Tabbouleh
Home-made spiced lamb kofta's, skewered and ready to BBQ or pan fry. Served with delicious flat bread wraps, hummus and cauliflower tabbouleh. Dressed with tahini and minted yoghurt dressing.
Ingredients
Lamb Kofta mix (Lamb mince, Onion, Breadcrumbs, Garlic, Salt, Sweet paprika, Coriander powder, Cumin powder, Coriander, Parsley, Cinnamon powder, White pepper), Pita bread, Cauliflower tabouleh (Cauliflower, Roma tomatoes, Cucumber, Red onion, Burghul, Parsley, Mint, Shallots), Hummus (Chickpeas, Sumac, Tahini, Olive oil, Garlic, Lemon juice, Salt, Pepper), yoghurt sauce (Yoghurt, Lemon juice, Olive oil, Vinegar, Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Cumin powder).
Preparation and storage notes
STORAGE: keep in fridge INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 180c. Remove lamb koftas from packaging and place onto a lined oven proof tray and bake for 15 minutes. Warm flat breads in microwave or oven. Spread with hummus, fill with tabbouleh, lamb and yoghurt sauce.
