Crispy Pork Belly Bao Bun Kit
Slow Braised pork belly, roasted till crackly served with pickled carrot, cucumber, coriander, shallot and chilli. All wrapped up in a wonderfully light pillowy bun. Just heat and pop together to suit your taste. Great fun for kids!
Ingredients
condiments - crispy pork bao bun kit (Cucumber, Hoisin sauce, Spring onion, Pickled carrots, Coriander, Birds eye chilli), Bao Buns (Buns), crispy pork belly (Pork belly).
Preparation and storage notes
STORGAE: keep refrigerated INSTRUCTIONS: BAO BUNS: Take buns out of bag and place onto a plate. Cling wrap and microwave for 30 seconds - 1 minute. For those without a microwave, wrap in foil and bake at 150ºc for 5 minutes till hot. PORK: Remove paper lid, place pork in a preheated oven at 180̊C for 15 mins. Place a slice in each bun then build your bun the way you like it.
