Lamb Ragout sauce (Lamb shoulder, Tomato pulp, Chicken stock, Onion, Carrots, Celery, Red wine, Tomato paste, Bouget garni, Olive oil, Salt, Pepper), Carème puff pastry, Shortcrust pastry.
Preparation and storage notes
STORAGE: keep frozen SERVES: 3-4 INSTRUCTIONS: Defrost in the fridge overnight prior to cooking. To bake place on a tray in 180ºc oven for 40 minutes or until pastry is golden brown.
