Veggie Packed Veal & Pork Meatballs
Nothing beats it for an easy mid week dinner. It’s packed with lean mince, fresh veggies, carbs (for the kids) and gooey cheese. I’m not sure what I used to do before the humble tray bake, but it can’t have been as easy or as yummy.

Napolitana Sauce (Tomatoes, Onion, Olive oil, Carrots, Celery, Murry salt, Garlic, Caster sugar, Thyme, Bay leaves, White pepper), Meatballs - Veggie Packed Meatballs (Lean veal mince, Pork mince, Button mushroom, Carrots, Zucchini, Panko, Onion, Whole eggs, Quinoa, Parsley, Salt, Pepper), Garnish - Veggie Packed Meatball (Mozzarella, Cherry tomatoes, Broccolini, Broccoli, Shaved parmesan, Olive oil, Basil, Salt, Pepper), Pasta - Veggie Packed Meatball (Penne pasta, Olive oil).
