Barramundi Goujons
Few foods evoke childhood nostalgia than the humble fish finger but here’s hoping we have all moved on from the processed version found in supermarkets. We use fresh barramundi, coated in flour, egg, breadcrumbs and a zest of lemon. All you need to do is defrost and gently pan-fry till golden and crunchy.
