Tomato Tarte Tatin with Goats Cheese & Rocket
Fresh heirloom tomatoes are oven dried and placed into a shell with sauteed spinach, caramelized red onion and flaky hand-rolled puff pastry. Just pop into the oven to heat and flip onto a plate for a delightful meal. Each tart is served with a little pot of goat cheese and rocket and balsamic dressing to serve.

Tarte (Roma tomatoes, Puff pastry, Red onion, Eggs, Olive oil, Thyme), Salad - Tomato Tarte Tatin (Goat's cheese, Rocket leaves, Dressing), Dressing - Tomato Tarte Tatin (Salfry oil, Extra virgin olive oil, Balsamic vinegar, Brown sugar).
Preparation and storage notes
STORGAE: keep refrigerated COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Pre heat your oven to 180ºc and place tart into oven. Bake for 30 minutes. Rest tart for 5 minutes. Flip tart onto a plate and pull the baking paper off gently. Sprinkle with goats cheese and rocket.
