Asian Barramundi Tray Bake with Soy, Ginger & Shallot
A healthy, simple and beautifully flavoursome way of cooking fish. Market fresh Barramundi served with bok choy, steamed jasmine rice, ginger, soy, shallot and sesame. It's ready to pop in the oven, bake and serve with no prep required.
Ingredients
Barramundi (Barramundi, Shallots, Birds eye chilli, Coriander, Sesame seed, Ginger, Salfry oil), Lime Infused Jasmine Rice (Water, Jasmine rice, Salt, Lime leaf), Dressing - Barramundi Tray Bake w/ Soy & Ginger (Soy sauce (GF), Sesame oil, Salfry oil, Lime juice, Olive oil, Rice vinegar, Ginger, Garlic), Bok choy, Shallots, Coriander.
Preparation and storage notes
STORAGE: Keep refridgerated COOK: Bring fish to room temperature in tray. Pre-heat oven to 180ºc. Remove outer packaging and and chilli and bake in tray provided for 25-30 minutes. Rest for 5 minutes and serve with market greens (steep these in rapidly boiling water for two minutes to cook) Heat rice in microwave or oven till piping hot. Pour over desired amount of dressing and serve with garnish and sliced chilli.
