Free- range panko crumbed chicken breast with Berkshire ham, tomato sugo, mozzarella and basil served with roasted cherry tomatoes and a fresh garden salad.

Chicken & Brine (Chicken breast, Water, Salt, Sugar), Salad - Chicken Parmigiana (Lettuce, Lemon dressing, Panache, Wild rocket, Spinach, Basil, Mint, Parsley), Condiments Bag - Chicken Parmigiana (Napoletana sauce, Mozzarella, Breadcrumbs), Garnish for Chicken Parmigiana (Mozzarella, Cherry tomatoes, Ham, Basil), Lemon Dressing (Olive oil, Salfry oil, Lemon juice, Salt, Pepper).
Preparation and storage notes
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 180C (fan forced) Remove plastic lid. Pour over tomato sauce provided and place into oven for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle on cheese provided and bake for a further 5 minutes. STORAGE: keep refrigerated
