Herb & Macadamia Crusted Salmon with Freekah, Pea & Mint Salad

Salmon, Mint, Brine, Freekeh, Peas, Aioli (Mayonnaise, Garlic), Herb Crust (Parsley, Macadamia nuts, Dill, Baby capers, Lemon, Puree garlic, Lemon zest).
Preparation and storage notes
STORAGE: keep refrigerated COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Pre-heat oven to 170ºc. Remove lid and place into the oven for 15 - 20 minutes (depending on your oven). Remove from oven and rest for 8 minutes. Serve with salad, aioli and finish with a squeeze of fresh citrus.
