Mussels, Tomatoes, Tomato, whole, canned in tomato juice, Fish Stock (Water, Onion, Carrots, Tomatoes, Lemon, Black peppercorn, Thyme, Garlic, Bay leaves, White wine reduction, Star anise, Tarragon), White onion, White wine, Sourdough bread, Garlic bulb, Parsley, Olive oil, Chilli, Garlic, Salt.
Preparation and storage notes
STORAGE: keep refrigerated COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Bring the pre-made sauce to the simmer. Add mussels and place the lid onto the pot. Shake the pot now and then. Cook time will vary but should only take 3-4 minutes. Add the extra parsley and any chopped chilli you may like (optional) serve in a generously sized bowl with toast. TOAST: Place in 180c oven for 10min or into the toasted or sandwich press to heat
