satay chicken marinade (Chicken thighs, Oil, Eschalots, Honey, Brown sugar, Salt, Chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Lime juice, Coriander powder, Cumin powder, Lemongrass), peanut satay sauce (Roasted peanuts, Coconut cream, Water, Peanut oil, Palm sugar, Red curry paste, Peanut Butter, Tamarind, Kecap Manis, Lemongrass sticks, Galangal, Garlic, Coriander powder, Fish sauce, Salt).
Preparation and storage notes
STORAGE: keep frozen COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: DEFROST IN THE FRIDGE OVERNIGHT Brush with oil, season with salt then BBQ or pan fry on a low heat for a few minutes each side. Rest for 5 min before serving with peanut sauce
