Fresh seasonal, ripe tomatoes drizzled in olive oil, garlic, red onion and chili then simmered till tender. Serve with garlic ciabatta.

Preparation and storage notes
INSTRUCTIONS: Pour soup into a pot and bring to a simmer on a low to medium heat. Serve with hot crunchy bread of your choice. STORAGE: Keep Frozen (up to 5 months)
