Duck Fat Potatoes (Sebago Potato, Olive oil, Duck fat, Salfry oil, Garlic, Sea salt, Rosemary).
Preparation and storage notes
Preheat oven to 210c, fan forced. Cut open bag and lay potatoes onto a hot oven tray and toss in warmed duck fat. Sprinkle with sea salt and roast for 40- 50, turning half way. Continue to cook until coloured and crispy. STORAGE: keep in fridge
