Puttanesca sauce is a game changer from Naples, Italy. If you think don’t like anchovies, think AGAIN! Smother your pasta in thick tomato sauce with a kick of salty anchovies and capers, we throw some olives in the mix and add fresh parsley for the ultimate puttanesca flavour explosion.

Ingredients
Tomatoes, Kalamata olives, Onion, Extra virgin olive oil, Capers, Tomato paste, Garlic, Anchovy, Chilli flakes, Parsley.
Preparation and storage notes
STORAGE: keep frozen COOK: Put into a medium sized pot and bring to boil. Toss through fresh pasta and top with parmesan and fresh herbs. Also makes a lovely base to cook meatballs or tray bakes with fish, vegetables or chicken.
