Tender eggplant layered with smoked mozzarella, sauteed baby spinach, tomato ragu and garlicky breadcrumbs.

Eggplant, nap sauce (Tomatoes, Onion, Basil, Garlic), Spinach, pangrattata (Bread, Olive oil, Rosemary, Thyme, Garlic), Mozzarella, Parmesan, Basil, Sage.
Preparation and storage notes
STORAGE: keep frozen COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Defrost in the fridge overnight. Remove plastic and place on an oven tray and bake in preheated oven at 180Âșc for 20-30 minutes (depending on your oven).
